Cara and her training team have developed a complete SMS training solution for our organization. In addition to IATSI’s SMS 101, which we are providing to all of our staff, the team has developed a customized SMS module that teaches our employees about the specifics of SMS at our airport. Her team helped us translate our SMS manual processes and procedures into a set of easy-to-understand flowcharts and diagrams, which are also being used as part of the SMS training tool package. Cara and her team are exceptionally skilled at taking our input and feedback a converting it into a logical and comprehensive learning package that meets the needs of our staff and clients. Her skills and professionalism make it easy to recommend her to anyone wanting to develop a web based training curriculum.

This is a very well-designed and comprehensive training program. I had a vague idea of what SMS was about, but this course gave me an in-depth understanding of the entire SMS process. I definitely recommend it for airlines, airport operations departments, maintenance organizations, parts manufacturers and even commissary, fueling and deicing companies. If you work in aviation, you need to become SMS compliant - you need this course.
